the room was super spacious n comfy! loved the vegeterian sausages at breakfast, that was awesome. also, the location by the river is just perf for a chill time. wifi was solid too, worked great for my work calls. reception staff were really frindly and helpful, made the stay even better.

but the price is kinda high for what u get. also, the shower had a weird rusted hose, not what u expect in a hotel like this.

The stay was primarily to explore the beautiful city, and the location was perfect for walking to all the attractions. My room was spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after a day out. The garden by the river was a lovely spot to relax, especially in the evenings. the prices at the bar felt a bit steep, and there wasn’t enough light in the room to unpack comfortably.

The mini fridge was broken, but the beautiful river view made it worthwhile.

High pricing for services leaves much to be desired!!! Unpleasant noises from the street can interrupt your stay!!! Cleanliness is a major concern, especially in bathrooms!!! A better training program for staff wouldn't hurt!!!

While the decor is lovely, the service could definitely use some dialing up!!! Limited hours for pool access were frustrating for families, and a perplexing lack of clarity around parking fees added to the confusion. Cleaner attention is needed in the bathrooms too!!!

The family room was clean and quiet, but honestly, a bit bland for a four-star spot. It was spacious and comfy, though, with a nice bathroom. The Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries were a nice touch. The river view during breakfast was a definite highlight, watching the cows roam while enjoying a decent buffet. But only having two chairs in a family room felt a bit off.

We had an amazing time at this hotel during a wedding ceremony. The riverside views were beautiful, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Compared to my previous stay in cambridge, this experience exceeded my expectations with good dining options and cozy amenities.

Staying here was a delight, especially with our family and two dogs. The view of the River Cam from our room was breathtaking, and we loved lounging in the garden with drinks. The pool area was a hit with the kids, too.

My dogs wished for a pet-friendly area to roam freely outside, as the space was a bit limited.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the free wi-fi in rooms was excellent for staying connected while exploring the area. plus, the stunning garden overlooking the river provided a nice spot to unwind.

we had an absolutely amazing time at graduate by hilton! the location is perfect, just a short walk from all the sights. the atmosphere is unique and charming, and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. pradeep and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and took great care of us throughout our stay.
